Clermont Oncology Center started an in-house pharmacy to improve overall quality of care for patients, reduce the amount of time it takes for patients to receive their medication, and prevent errors associated with filling, dispensing, and taking oral chemotherapy. Most cancer patients have a lot on their plate. Offering them a “one-stop shopping” experience saves their valuable time and takes a load off of their plate. Our speciality pharmacy personnel are trained to provide assistance with insurance qualifications and co-pays, making it easier to navigate paperwork and meet insurance requirements.
